What do we do?
We provide a range of childcare facilities to meet the needs of you and your child. We employ a team of qualified, experienced staff who work closely together to ensure you receive the best quality childcare whichever service you need. We offer Early Years Day Care for children 6 weeks to 5 years within our 2 full day care nurseries, Out of School Care for school age children based in 3 Castlemilk Primary Schools along with a Mobile Childcare Facility providing a transferable service for training, education, conferences, etc.
We are a business with social objectives with our roots embedded in the community. Supported and part funded by Glasgow City Council we operate as a social enterprise [registered charity and Company Limited by Guarantee] which means all our income goes directly into the organisation, and in turn into the community.
Quality
Our staff team receive regular on-going training and are encouraged to undertake the latest nationally recognised qualifications. All contracted childcare staff are registered or in the process of registering with the SSSC. As an organisation we are registered and inspected by the Care Commission under the Regulation of Care [Scotland] Act 2001.
Vision
Our ambition is to create and deliver a full childcare service in a range of settings for children & young people 6 weeks – 16years. Whilst we currently operate predominately in Castlemilk, we have a vision that could carry us to infinity and beyond! To support our vision we may have to reconsider our name & our brand, we aim to keep you updated with news on this front.
